Fundamentals CrossFit Program

CrossFit On-Ramp

During three personal training sessions we will move at your pace to teach you the basic movements and emphasize proper technique so you can safely participate in group classes. We will also share with you the typical class structure and key components of the CrossFit methodology so you don't have any suprises when you show up to CrossFit group fitness classes.

What to expect

In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scaling options to get you moving safely. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you will jump into our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
